Names used on the forums

OK.... I'm gona state this AGAIN..... PLEASE, WHEN YOU SIGN UP, USE YOUR REAL NAME! I just went through the members list, and already we have several individuals who are not using their real name. I've always had issues with people using an alias on forums. IMO it emboldens people to do stupid things, and voids any responsibility of that individual(s). Whereas, using a real name places the responsibility for one's words/actions on the individual.

You folks know who you are.....so please FIX the issue.
