I've been driving a 2014 XJ for a few years now and I've had my share of bad experiences with mechanics who claim they can work on Jaguars but clearly can't. One shop messed up my suspension, another used generic parts that failed within months. I was honestly ready to sell the car and move on. Then a friend from my cricket club told me about a Trusted Jaguar service and repair in Industrial Area 10 that he'd been using for his F-Pace. I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave them a shot. They actually took the time to explain what was wrong, showed me the worn parts, and gave me options instead of just quoting a number. The car drives better than it has in years and the bill was less than I expected. I don't usually post reviews but I know how hard it is to find someone honest with these cars. Has anyone else had luck in that area or found other decent options?
